Terms that apply when you use harborstudio.io, including the contact form. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.

By using harborstudio.io, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Harbor Digital Studio (the studio, we, us) may update these terms from time to time, and the effective date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent revision.
§ 02 The site
harborstudio.io is the marketing site for Harbor Digital Studio. Content is provided for informational purposes and is subject to change without notice. We may add, modify, or remove features of the site at any time.
§ 03 Contact form
By submitting the contact form, you authorize us to respond to your inquiry using the contact details you provide, and to retain your submission for record keeping. See the Privacy Policy for details on what is collected and how it is used.
You agree to submit only information that is accurate and that you have the right to share. Do not submit anyone else's personal information without their permission, and do not submit content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing.
§ 04 No legal or professional advice; no offer
Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice, an offer, a contract, or a binding commitment on the part of the studio or any third party. Any work performed by Harbor Digital Studio is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Until such an agreement is in place, no engagement exists.
§ 05 Intellectual property
The Harbor Digital Studio name, wordmark, site design, and site content are the property of Harbor Digital Studio. You may view and link to the site for personal or professional reference. Quotations and citations with attribution are welcome. Reproduction of the site's design or content for commercial purposes requires written permission.
§ 06 Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site or its infrastructure.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site without prior written authorization.
- Submit automated or bulk submissions to the contact form.
- Scrape or harvest content for use in training systems or redistribution without permission.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
